Anyone who meets the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services household eligibility guidelines, are eligible to obtain food. These guidelines start at $ per year for a family of one and $ for a family of two and increase by household size. Clients are not required to bring any documentation, but do have to fill out a "screening form" which signifies that they do meet these income guidelines for their household. Anyone who meets these guidelines will receive food.

The Alliance Believer's Church purchases the food in a joint program with the Akron-Canton Regional Food Bank. The selection of food that is distributed depends on what the food bank has available at the time of the distribution.
